How ZS Enterprises LLC collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit tryslice.io or use Slice, including sign-in with Google.

1.Who we are

Slice is an online estimating, quoting and invoicing portal available at tryslice.io and its subdomains. The Service is owned and operated by ZS Enterprises LLC, a limited liability company organised in [State], with its address at [registered business address].

This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Questions can be sent to privacy@tryslice.io.

2.Who this policy covers

Slice is used by businesses to manage orders with their own clients and vendors.

  • Account users: staff of a Customer who sign in to Slice.
  • Vendor users: suppliers and factories invited by a Customer to price jobs.
  • People named in Customer records: clients and contacts whose details appear on jobs, quotes or invoices.
  • Website visitors: anyone who browses tryslice.io.

3.Information we collect

Account details include name, work email, role, workspaces and two-step verification settings.

Customer Content includes job cards, specifications, artwork, vendor prices, quotes, invoices, payment records and shipping details.

Usage and log data includes IP address, browser and device type, actions, sign-in times and error reports.

With Google sign-in, Google shares your name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID. We do not request Gmail, Drive, Calendar or Contacts access for sign-in.

4.How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the Service, send pricing requests and documents, apply workspace access rules, respond to support requests, bill for paid plans, improve reliability and comply with law.

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, show ads in Slice, or use Customer Content to train generalised AI or machine learning models.

6.Customer Content and our role

The Customer decides what information goes into Slice and why. The Customer is the controller and we act as a processor, handling content only to provide the Service and on the Customer's instructions. For account, sign-in, billing and website data, ZS Enterprises is the controller.

7.Google user data

Slice's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

8.How information is shared

We share information with workspace users according to their role, vendors and clients you choose, service providers that help run Slice, integrations you enable, and legal or safety authorities when required.

9.International transfers

Slice is operated from the United States and information may be transferred to and processed in other countries. Where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum.

10.How long we keep information

Account and Customer Content is kept while a workspace is active. After cancellation, the workspace is available for export for 30 days, then content is deleted or anonymised within a further 60 days. Billing records are kept as required by tax law.

11.Security

We use HTTPS, encryption at rest, hashed passwords, two-step verification, role-based access controls and audit logs. No system is completely secure; we notify affected users of incidents where required.
